PAINT-GUARD against black mold
The samples labeled "A" are samples coated with paint treated with PAINT-GUARD. The samples labeled "B" are samples coated with paint alone. The petri dishes were coated with aspergillus (black mold) spores and the samples were placed on the surface. The petri dishes were placed in an incubator to allow the mold to grow. The results are pictured above showing the mold avoiding the Paint-Guard samples and not growing on the surface of the treated surface.
